Hi, I really like you in your tv series buck rodgers. So I bought it f or my collections. From Rick g.
Hello Mr. Gerard, Just a note to let you know I am a huge fan of Buck Rogers. As a matter of fact, I even had a huge crush on you. Thank you for the many hours of enjoyment during your role on Buck Rogers.( which is still on METV) Best wishes, still a big fan, Susan Ingersoll
Hi Gil, Hope you and the family are doing well.
I truly enjoyed watching Buck Rogers when it was on TV & still do when I play the series on dvd. Lots of fond childhood memories there for me seeing everyone together again. Like most I was very disappointed when the show went off the air. I hope Twiki gave the network execs behind that decision one heck of a tweak!
As someone who still appreciates good sci-fi and all the hard work that goes into making it I'm pretty happy Buck Rogers will be celebrating its 40th Anniversary which is truly Awesome! Anyway I had to say Thanks for Everything Gil you're the Best!!
I have been watching the 1st season of Buck Rogers for the first time in 30 years and loving every minute of it. You played that character perfectly, your were like the big brother I wished I had. Summer vacation, baseball practice and running home to watch, it was the best of times.
Have always loved Buck Rodgers and enjoyed your other body of works. Thanks to youtube we are able to relive all your adventures. Keep going strong Gil.

Hi Gil its nice seeing you again i remember when the movie came out in 1979 it was a very difficult time for me but happy times so what but i enjoy your movie and show wow how time flies somewhat its a shame how we all have to get old and loose our beauty i remember the old Buck Rogers from the early years on tv black and white but you're new movie/show was very nice i love your outfit and helmet the director should have left you in that outfit it was more like a trade mark like superman or other superhero's i do have 2 action figure's one is about 8to 9 inches with every thing on it including the helmet the other is 12 inches with out the helmet and poster well it was nice seeing you again it sure brings back memories from the past my friend some i wish I can back then stay in touch buck and take care
Just so miss the class and dignity your show had. You acted the character with equanimity. The Buck character was strong but also firstly meek. He had high esteem for others and treated people well. I also feel the loss of a certain style of athletic clothing that I had (my mom's doing), but has been lost, like jogging suits with lines on the sleeves. And Buck goes back to the '30s, when my dad was boy. After your show, unfortunately the times sort of overwhelmed the paragon of human dignity the writers forged and the acting, and you reemerge on ME-TV. Just like the Buck Rogers story itself sort of: lost to one time but then returns. So glad 1987 was the year, too. What other show gets people to think 500 years into the future? One may think it could have been this way or that, but maybe just the way it was meant to be. While manners and censors are gone in current times, here we are at some lows looking up, and if you even try to descend with it is against your nature. Bill Bixby also had that clear headedness that is missed.
Thanks Gil. Buck Rogers was a big part of my early teens. It is a happy memory from what was a very difficult time for me
Thanks for the show's and being an inspiration for the good in my life and career.
Best regards and a cognac.
We met in the mid 1970s when I was an intern and then worked for WNBC TV at 30 Rock and you were on The Doctors. We lost touch shortly after you were involved in other projects
Just wanted to say hello and reconnect
